Set-Up Day - Tuesday, September 29 10:00 a.m.
The Set-Up Crew should plan to arrive at The Warehouse at 10:00. We will be setting up the various work stations to prepare for Take-In Day.
Take-In Day - Wednesday, September 30
The Take-In Crew should plan to arrive at The Warehouse at 10:00 a.m. Work stations will be assigned. Quilt Show entries will be accepted between 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Judging Day - Thursday, October 1
The Judging Day Crew should plan to arrive at the Warehouse at 10:00 a.m.
Hanging Day - Friday, October 2
The Hanging Day Crew should plan to arrive at The Warehouse at 10:00 a.m. A brief meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. to assign tasks to crew members.
Opening Day - Monday, October 5, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
The October Guild Meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by the Quilt Show Awards Ceremony. The Little Quilts Auction will begin immediately after the Awards Ceremony.
Last Day of Show and Raffle Quilt Drawing - Thursday, October 29
Take-Down Day - Friday, October 30
The Take-Down Crew should plan to arrive at The Warehouse at 10:00 a.m. There will be a brief meeting to make assignments and discuss procedures in order to facilitate the process of returning Quilt Show Entries. The Crew will dismantle the Quilt Show and set up the Pick-Up Room between 10:00 a.m and 12:00 noon. Entrants may begin picking up their quilts at 12:30 p.m. All quilts must be picked up by 2:00 p.m.
